So it’s been a while since I’ve done any tiny food. I’ll try to whip something up in the near future…
So I got my first ever tiny food job over and done with a couple of days ago, and I found it to be a wholly wonderful experience. My food was very well-received, and it was a fun project, so I look forward to doing in in the future. I made tiny “Pittsburgh” sandwiches for the One-Year Anniversary Party of Kris Embry and Amber Sims, who had me stick around for the event. It was a wonderful time and I met some awesome people, and they all inspired me to pursue tiny food as a possible business.
If anyone in the Pittsburgh area is interested in having me do tiny food for a function email me and we can work something out.

This was from my first (and so far only) tiny food job. It was a success, and I hope for jobs in the future.
Special thanks to Kris Embry and Amber Sims for employing me!
(In an official capacity, I never called them Primanti’s Sandwiches, since that would dip into legal waters I dare not tread. However, once I make them, the customer can call them whatever they want.)
Tiny “Pittsburgh” Sandwich 1
This was for my first ever tiny food job, the result of which lead to the creation of this Tumblr and my Flickr. (What do these sites have against the letter ‘e’?)
Tiny “Pittsburgh” Sandwich, Halved
This is just the inside of the sandwich.
The final one contained more fries, cole slaw and meat.
These were a request from the IHC community.
